🌿 Why is subconscious-based work so effective?
Talk therapy can be incredibly helpful for consciously processing and understanding life experiences, thoughts, and emotions. Subconscious-based work complements that process by exploring the deeper emotional patterns, learned behaviors, habits, and protective responses that can become automatic over time.
Because many reactions and behaviors are formed beneath conscious awareness through repetition, emotional experiences, and conditioning, subconscious work can help address the root of those patterns rather than only managing the surface symptoms.
Much like how unwanted habits are formed through repeated experiences and automatic reinforcement over time, new healthier patterns can also be strengthened through repetition, emotional association, and subconscious learning.
🌿 Where You’ll Start
All new clients begin with a Foundation Session, which is also included within all 4-session foundation packages. The only exception is the 20-Min Mental Relaxation & Unwind Session, which is available as a standalone session for both new and existing clients. This initial session allows us to:
• Build trust and comfort
• Help you become familiar with the process
• Better understand your goals, patterns, and needs
• Create a stronger foundation for deeper subconscious-based work
As the process becomes more natural and familiar, we spend less time settling into the experience—and more time creating meaningful, lasting change.

Once you’ve completed your initial sessions, you may choose to:
• Continue deeper subconscious or regression work
• Book individual sessions as needed
• Return for support whenever you feel called to
