Your General Questions & Concerns, Answered

*Regression Q&A below General section

  • This is a guided, relaxed process that helps you connect with your subconscious mind—the part of you that holds patterns, memories, and emotional responses beneath everyday awareness.

Rather than focusing only on surface-level thoughts, we gently explore what’s underneath, so you can better understand yourself and shift what no longer feels aligned.

  • The conscious mind is what you’re aware of—your thoughts, choices, and logic.
The deeper part of the mind holds learned patterns, beliefs, and emotional reactions that were built over time. That’s why sometimes you know what you want to change, but still feel stuck repeating the same patterns.

Think of your mind like driving a car:

    • The conscious mind is when you’re aware of all the choices you’re making behind the wheel.

    • The unconscious mind is you running on autopilot. You get to your destination without any thought of how you got there.

Sometimes, even when you want to change direction, autopilot takes over.

  • Talk therapy helps you understand the patterns you’re consciously aware of and want to change.
    What I do complements that.

I help you explore why you might still be reacting the same way by gently uncovering patterns you may not be fully aware of—and bringing that awareness forward so you can begin to manage and shift them more effectively.

  • Not at all. You don’t need to “believe” in anything for this to be effective.

All that’s needed is a willingness to relax, stay open-minded, and allow the process to unfold naturally.

  • Many people come in simply knowing something feels “off” or stuck. We can explore that together and find clarity along the way.

  • Real change usually doesn’t happen in just one session.

Most patterns—whether it’s anxiety, habits, or emotional responses—have developed over time and exist in layers.

Working together over a series of sessions allows us to gently go deeper, build on each experience, and give your mind the space it needs to create lasting shifts.

Many clients notice something meaningful even after the first session, but the real transformation tends to happen as the work continues and integrates over time.

  • A regular session focuses on what you’re experiencing in the present—your thoughts, feelings, and patterns—and works with them in a calm, guided way to create shifts.

A regression session gently explores where certain patterns may have originally formed, whether that’s from earlier life experiences or emotional moments that are still influencing you beneath the surface.

Both are calm, guided, and always at your pace.

  • No. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will.

You remain fully aware of your choices, and your mind naturally protects your boundaries.

  • Many people come to this work for support with:

    • feeling stuck in anxiety or overthinking

    • difficulty sleeping or relaxing

    • habits or patterns they can’t seem to break

    • relationship challenges

    • self-confidence and emotional blocks

Even if you’re not sure exactly what you want to work on, that’s completely okay.

  • If you’ve ever listened to a guided meditation, or got lost in thought, or tried to stay awake when your body is fighting for sleep, it feels exactly like that.

Your body may feel the most relaxed its ever been, while your mind stays aware.

  • That’s completely normal, especially in the beginning.

During the Induction phase, where we meet and get to know each other better, we have extensive conversations to answer any questions and concerns you may have to ensure you’re comfortable, open, and ready to move to the main phase in the process.

  • Most people come out of the session feeling calm, relaxed, and more clear mentally—similar to waking up from a really good nap or deep meditation.

You may also notice a sense of lightness, emotional release, or a shift in how you’re thinking about things.

For some, insights come right away. For others, changes happen more gradually over the next few days as your mind continues to process the work.

It’s also completely normal to feel a little tired afterward—your mind has just done a deeper level of work.

  • All sessions are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Regression-Based Questions & Concerns, Answered

  • Regression-based work gently explores earlier experiences—whether from childhood or past emotional moments—that may still be influencing how you feel today.

The goal isn’t to relive anything, but to understand where your patterns may have originated from so you can learn to release them in a safe and supported way.

  • No, you’re not reliving anything in a way that feels intense or out of control.

What you may experience would be similar to watching a movie. You’re in a calm, focused state where you can observe and understand what comes up, rather than feeling pulled back into it.

  • That’s completely normal.

Not everyone experiences clear memories or imagery, and that doesn’t affect the outcome. Your mind is still processing and responding in ways that support change.

  • This is a very natural concern, and it’s something I take seriously.

Regression isn’t about reopening wounds—it’s about gently understanding and releasing what’s already there, in a way that feels safe and supported.

You’re not reliving experiences the way they originally happened. Instead, you’re observing them with awareness, distance, and control.

Your mind will only bring forward what it feels ready to process, and we move at a pace that always respects your comfort.

  • After a regression session, most people feel calm, lighter, and more at ease—like something has gently shifted or been released.

You may also feel a bit reflective or thoughtful as your mind continues to process what came up. For some, there can be a light emotional feeling, but it’s usually more of a sense of understanding or relief rather than overwhelm.

At the end of every session, we take time to fully ground and bring you back to a clear, steady state, so you’re never left feeling open or unsettled.

In the days that follow, you might notice subtle changes in how you think, feel, or respond to things. These shifts often unfold naturally over time.
