Scope of Practice

My services focus on subconscious exploration, stress reduction, and personal growth. They are offered as coaching/educational services and are complementary to, not a replacement for, medical or mental health treatment.

I cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results before, during, and after our work together.

Who I Work With

Clients must be 18 or older, unless a parent or legal guardian provides written consent. My services are not appropriate for crisis situations, active suicidality, or symptoms needing intensive psychological or psychiatric care; in those cases, please contact emergency services or a licensed provider immediately.

I reserve the right to decline or end services if your needs are outside my scope or if the fit is no longer appropriate.

Scheduling, Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

Sessions are non-refundable once booked. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments/no-shows, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Payments & Packages

Payment is generally due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Packages or series are intended to be used within a defined time frame, which will be shared at purchase.

Fees are typically non‑refundable once a session or package has been used in whole or in part, except where required by law or explicitly stated. Any refunds for unused sessions (if offered) are at my discretion and subject to the cancellation policy above.

Confidentiality & Online Sessions

What you share in sessions is treated as confidential, within the limits of the law (for example, if there is risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse, or a court order).

For online or phone sessions, please be aware that electronic communication can’t be guaranteed 100% private or secure. By choosing remote sessions, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to use your own discretion about what you share.
