Sleep & Nighttime Nervous System Reset Series
This 4‑session series is for you if you struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep, or quiet your mind at night, and you’re ready to shift your relationship with rest at a deeper level.
Session 1 – Intake & Sleep Pattern Mapping
In the first session, we explore your current sleep pattern in detail: how you fall asleep, nighttime awakenings, racing thoughts, and what tends to make sleep better or worse. We look at your daily rhythm, stress levels, and any past experiences that may be affecting how safe your body feels when it’s time to rest. Together, we map your “sleep story” and clarify the specific changes you want (e.g., falling asleep faster, fewer wake‑ups, less dread about bedtime). You’ll leave with a clear focus and a simple first step to begin shifting your evenings.
Session 2 – Subconscious Associations with Sleep
In session two, we work with the subconscious meanings your mind has attached to nighttime and sleep. For many people, bed can be linked to worry, scrolling, or replaying the day. Through guided inner work, we begin releasing old associations that keep your system on high alert and introduce new ones that connect bedtime with safety, softness, and restoration. You’ll also receive 1–2 practical evening tools (such as simple wind‑down rituals or thought‑pausing strategies) that fit your real life.
Session 3 – Nervous System Reset & Inner Dialogue at Night
Session three focuses on how your body and inner voice behave at night. We support your nervous system in learning how to shift from “on” to “off,” and we update the internal dialogue that feeds late‑night anxiety or rumination. You’ll practice using gentle inner cues and body‑based techniques to signal “it’s okay to rest now,” so sleep doesn’t feel like a battle, but a gradual, supported letting go.
Session 4 – Integration & Personalized Sleep Plan
In the final session, we bring everything together into a realistic, personalized sleep plan. We review what has changed so far, refine what’s working, and strengthen the new subconscious patterns around rest. Together, we create a simple set of night‑time and daytime supports that help your body and mind maintain a healthier sleep rhythm going forward. You’ll finish with more understanding of how your system works—and more trust in your ability to guide it toward rest.
